VTC/AV Facilitator/Operator

Role and Responsibilities

  • This individual will serve as a key member of the Fort Eustis Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Video Teleconferencing (VTC) / Audio Video (AV) Support Services contract providing VTC/AV services within the command and to outside agencies.

  • Connect, validate, and actively monitor VTC performance to ensure that both audio and video are functioning properly for the duration of the session

  • Working knowledge and utilization of Crestron control panel

  • Document, track and monitor incidents and problems to ensure a timely resolution

  • Schedule conferences using Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint

  • Provide technical guidance and assist customers in formulating solutions for their mobility and conferencing needs

  • Submit daily activity Status Reports using Excel spreadsheets in the SharePoint portal regarding all VTCs facilitated

  • Assist with answering telephones and assisting with customer service concerns and queries

  • Advise management of potential risks that may have impact on customer base and operating environment.

  • Interact with senior level Military personnel and Government Civilians

  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Adjust within an ever changing military command environment to meet mission requirements

  • Occasional flexibility in schedule expected

  • Speak English fluently

  • Secret Security Clearance

  • 5-7 years related experience

  • Experience working with different levels of management, especially high ranking military officials

Security Requirements: Secret clearance
